My favorite food - Dumpling
Mummy favors ONLY 2 restaurants that serve dumpling, this one shown here is one of her favorite restaurant called 蘭州拉麵(Lan Zhou La Mian). It is located at Chinatown, No. 19 Smith Street Singapore 058933 Tel: 6327 1286
We went to have our lunch at the restaurant during our last shopping trip in Chinatown. And I strongly recommend you to try their 小龍湯包, it is wrapped with meat and soup into the shape like bun. After streaming, not only you eat the meat but also gets to drink the soup in the dumpling. The soup is extremely tasty...:)
Another dish I like is their minced meat noodle (炸醬麵), the minced meat is cooked with bean paste sauce (the only ingredient I know) on top of sheddred cucumber and of course their famous hand made noodle. This noodle in non-spicy dish and very delicious too!
